Service Description
Whether it’s a birthday, baby shower, banquet, or corporate event, I capture real moments as they happen — so you can stay present while I preserve the memories. Includes 80–120 professionally edited photos for events up to 3 hours. Add-on video coverage is available upon request. Delivery within 3–5 business days via private online gallery. Faster turnaround available for an added fee.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Hall Production ($450/2hr Event Coverage). By booking, you agree to these terms. Retainer: A non-refundable $225 retainer (50%) reserves your date. Not held until received. First-come, first-served. Payment: Remaining $225 due before coverage begins. Accepted: Apple Pay, Visa/Mastercard/Amex, PayPal, cash, Afterpay/Affirm/Klarna. Galleries released after balance paid in full. Active military discount available. Cancellation: Retainer is non-refundable. Cancel 48+ hours before the event: remaining payments refunded. Reschedule free with 48+ hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancel within 48 hours or no-show: full fee due, retainer non-refundable. Coverage Time: 2 hours, starting at scheduled time regardless of photographer's arrival relative to the event. Additional hours: $150/hr, arranged in advance when possible. Weather: Outdoor events may reschedule free for unsafe conditions, decided jointly up to 3 hrs before start. Overcast skies don't qualify. Travel: Included within 30 miles of Raleigh, NC. Beyond that, a travel fee is quoted before booking. Delivery: Edited gallery within 3 weeks of the event, after final payment. Hosted online 60 days — please back up promptly. Editing: All images professionally edited. RAW files not provided. Heavy retouching quoted separately. Client Usage: Personal use license included. Commercial use (ads, business promotion) requires separate licensing — discuss at booking. Credit appreciated when shared. Photographer Usage: Hall Production retains copyright and may use images for portfolio/marketing. Notify us in writing before the event if you'd prefer otherwise. Conduct: Coverage may end without refund for unsafe conditions, harassment, or intoxication interfering with our ability to work. Client secures any needed venue permits. Equipment: Client is responsible for any damage to Hall Production equipment caused by guests, venue conditions, or the client during the event. Repair/replacement costs billed to client. Beyond Our Control: Neither party liable for non-performance due to severe weather, illness, injury, or venue closure. We'll make every effort to reschedule or send a qualified replacement.
