Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Hall Production for your portrait session ($300/1hr). By booking, you agree to these terms. Retainer: A non-refundable $150 retainer (50%) reserves your date. Not held until received. First-come, first-served. Payment: Remaining $150 due before the session begins. Accepted: Apple Pay, Visa/Mastercard/Amex, PayPal, cash, Afterpay/Affirm/Klarna. Gallery released after balance paid in full. Active military discount available. Cancellation: Retainer non-refundable. Cancel 48+ hours before session: remaining payments refunded. Reschedule free with 48+ hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancel within 48 hours or no-show: full fee due. Session Time: 1 hour, starting at the scheduled time. Late arrival reduces shooting time; full fee still applies. Additional time: $150/hr if available. Weather: Outdoor sessions may reschedule free for unsafe conditions, decided jointly up to 3 hrs before start. Overcast skies don't qualify. Travel: Included within 30 miles of Raleigh, NC. Beyond that, a travel fee is quoted before booking. Delivery: Edited gallery within 2 weeks, after final payment. Hosted online 60 days — please back up promptly. Editing: All images professionally edited. RAW files not provided. Extensive retouching quoted separately. Client Usage: Personal use license included — print, share, display. Commercial use requires separate licensing. Photographer Usage: We retain copyright and may use images for portfolio/marketing. Notify us in writing beforehand if you'd prefer otherwise. Conduct: Session may end without refund for unsafe conditions, harassment, or intoxication interfering with our work. Client is responsible for any needed location permits. Equipment: Client (and any guests present) is responsible for damage to our equipment during the session. Repair/replacement billed to client. Beyond Our Control: Neither party liable for non-performance due to severe weather, illness, injury, or facility closure. We'll make every effort to reschedule or provide a qualified replacement.
